Four Walton pearlware figures of the Apostles
all modelled standing, wearing flowing robes before flowering bocages, on mound bases with impressed titles, all hold scriptures, St. Matthew also holds a pike, St. John, a chalice issuing a serpent, St. Mark modelled with a recumbent lion at his feet, painted in colours, impressed banner marks to reverse, each approx. -- 7¼in. (18.5cm.) high, circa 1820 (some damages and repairs)
