A George III mahogany and rosewood-banded kneehole desk, the rectangular moulded top above a deep drawer as two false drawers
enclosing a sliding baize-lined writing surface opening to six hinged compartments, each labelled with alphabetical letters, with six short graduated drawers below flanking a central recess door decorated with an oval, on bracket feet -- 41½in. (105cm.) wide, 23½in. (60cm.) deep, 67in. (104cm.) high.
