of compressed moulded circular form and on rising circular bases, each chased with rococo fruit and foliage and with C-scroll cartouches engraved with monograms, the everted rims applied with rococo shells, flowers and foliage, the teapot with a chased rising curved spout, floral and foliate-capped scroll handle and chased domed hinged cover with shaped circular finial, the gilt-lined milk jug and sugar basin with foliate and flute-decorated scroll handles, Hyam Hyams, London 1823 - height of teapot 6¼in. (16cm.), 47.25oz.
