Thomas Upton of Ingmire Hall, Sedbergh, Yorkshire (1800-1843), son of John Upton and Florence, née Smyth (see Lot 1). Married Elizabeth Way in 1824 and had issue, Thomas Smyth Upton (1830-1848).

A Pair of English 19th Century gilt-composition Frames with floral corners and centres flanked by pierced bamboo strapwork, raised sight edge, containing miniatures:
