The domed oval intaglio with a running boar, a spear with looped side handle beneath, finely worked details, ¾ in. (1.8 cm.) long; five Roman Imperial cornelian intaglios, Tyche and Nike, another similar with Nike holding up wreath before Tyche, a winged figure of Nike-Tyche, and a figure of Ceres; two Roman garnet intaglios, one with Cupid chasing the butterfly Psyche; a Sassanian intaglio with a hyena attacking a fallen zebu; a Sassanian domed garnet intaglio with human-headed winged bull, star and crescent in the field; two Sassanian cornelian intaglios, all 1st-5th Century A.D., ¾ in. (1.8 cm.) long max.; and four hardstone intaglios of mainly later date (16)
