A silver inlaid tripod bronze censer, cover and stand
19th Century
the domed and pierced cover with a coiled recumabent dragon, its head raised, the waisted body with twin lion handles surmounting the upper rim, with lion mask and claw shaped feet standing above a pierced tripod stand, decorated with confronting dragons chasing the flaming pearl and cloud scrolls, sealmark to underside of censer -- 10in. (25.4cm.) high, (minor damages).
