Pauillac, 1er cru classé. Château-bottled
Slightly corroded capsules and lightly bin-soiled labels. Lot 453 one stained label, levels: four into neck and two base of neck. Lot 454 levels: one into neck and eleven base of neck. Lot 455 six base of neck and six very top-shoulder. Lot 456 two very top-shoulder and ten top-shoulder
Tasting note: Undoubtedly a great wine.... Has a deep lively appearance ruby centre grading off to a fine, mature rim; marvelously fragrant bouquet, touch of vanilla, cedar, citrus fruit, spice..... Fairly full-bodied, crisp, firm, yet fleshy, lovely flavour and great length.M.B. (GVWBII)
