The octagnonal wooden case containing brass and iron scales and various bronze coin-weights and a sliding drawer fitted with more weights, the hinged cover with a coloured engraving of the weights, the coat-of-arms of Amsterdam and the scene symbolising transitoriness

Christie's charges a Buyer's premium calculated at 20.825% of the hammer price for each lot with a value up to €90,000 (NLG 198.334).
