Crown, 1683, by John Roettier, fourth laureate, draped bust right, CAROLVS. II . DEI. GRATIA, rev. inverted die axis, no line between crown and shield, six strings to Irish harp, .MAG. BR.FRA. ET.HIB REX. edge, +DECVS.ET. TVTAMEN. ANNO. REGNI. TRICESIMO.QVINTO., smaller upright lettering, all E's on edge with a weak centre bar and serif, 30.07g. (ESC 66 R2; EMC 48; S.3359), light adjustment marks at date, otherwise extremely fine good extremely fine, extremely rare in this condition
