A 19th century diamond tiara necklace,
the gold and silver set diamond spires currently wired to an incorrect frame, the additional necklace section not usable at present as the tiara part of the clasp fittings have had a safety chain soldered into place, with original frame for use with velvet and ribbon in a high hair arrangment.
