Designed as a semi-open flowerhead, with ruby trim, set with a central cushion-shaped chrysoberyl weighing 67.80 carats to the collet-set diamond pistils (with concealed pendent hoops), in a red leather fitted case
With certificate 0109102 dated 28 September 2001 from the Gübelin Gemmological Laboratory stating that the Chrysoberyl of Ceylon origin
