MORAGA OF BEL AIR
From B-2 Stealth Bombers to calcareous soils, owner Tom Jones, former head of Northrop Aviation, has the most prestigious property in all of the Los Angeles County. Founded in 1982, the first commercial release in 1989, the micro plot of Bordeaux varieties in Bel Air is one the most difficult to cultivate and harvest as the vines grow on steep canyon hillsides with view of the Pacific Ocean. Tony Soter, consultant and owner of Etude Winery, crafted the early vintages.
