A WALNUT AND FEATHERBANDED KNEEHOLE DESK OR DRESSING CHEST, EARLY 18TH CENTURY
The quarter veneered top with a moulded edge containing a long frieze drawer and six short drawers about a recessed cupboard enclosed by a door with engraved brass keyhole and hinges, the drawer surrounds applied with cushion mouldings on later bracket feet
