MARILYN MONROE REMEMBERANCE CARD AND JOE DIMAGGIO SIGNED NOTE

A rememberance card from Marilyn's funeral which took place at Westwood Memorial Park in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday, August 8, 1962 together with a notecard signed by Joe DiMaggio in blue ballpoint ink that reads "Thank you for the mass. Joe DiMaggio." The ballplayer sent this card to the young fan who took the candid snapshots of MM (see lots 13-16) and the original transmittal envelope addressed in DiMaggio's hand with a San Francisco postmark stamped Nov 12, 1962 is included as well.
