Shaped circular, painted with "Motherhood", a woman kneeling in traditional costume holding a child in one hand and the child's hand in her other, an angel with a trumpet above, on floral spray ground, the rim with black band, after the design by Alexandra Shchekhotikhina-Pototskaya, marked on base
