marked Grachev with the unknown workmaster's Cyrillic initials AP, St. Petersburg, circa 1890
Turkish style glass decanter with silver-gilt cloisonné enamel mount with scroll handle and hinged cover, decorated with tuquoise and red foliate scrolls and geometric design on stippled ground, handle partly decorated, the six baluster shaped mugs on spreading feet with scroll handles, the circular two-handled tray on three feet with a detachable decanter stand all similarly decorated, the tray with roundels for the mugs and decanter each engraved with cypher, fully marked
the decanter 10in. (25.4cm.) high
