Lot Essay

The Triton was built in 1902 by Aisla SB Co, she was 170 feet long with a beam of 22-1/2 feet and a steel hull. She was one of the few steam yachts of her era with a plumb bow. In WWII she served as a calibrating vessel. After the War she was a charter yacht in the Mediterranean.
