A Minton majolica oviform jug
with branch handle issuing oak leaves and acorns upon a ground moulded to simulate bark, the thumb rest in the form of a snail, impressed mark and numerals, painted 60 and year cypher for 1868 (very minor crack to seam) -- 16cm. high
