woven with butterflies in flight amongst vases of flowers and sprays of prunus blossom, lotus and further fruit and flowers, the borders of black silk kesi woven with similar motifs in shades of blue, trimmed with sleevebands of pale blue silk kesi woven with orchids and flower roundels, late 19th century, (slight stains, wear to collar)
