Mark of Edward Farrell, London, 1830, the teapot 1829
Comprising, a teapot, coffee-pot, sugar-bowl, and cream-jug, cast and chased with tavern and village scenes on a textured ground, in the manner of Teniers, the feet formed as grotesque male busts, and a warming stand, pierced and chased with floral garlands, on three dolphin and shell feet, with plain reeded lamp, the handles of the cream-jug and sugar-bowl formed as figures with outstretched arms, the coffee-pot and teapot with leaf-capped bird mask spouts and hinged domed covers with figure finials, the handles with ivory insulators, marked on bodies and covers
