A NEAR PAIR OF GEORGE III MAHOGANY OPEN ARMCHAIRS
Each with a cartouche-shaped padded back, armrests and seat covered in yellow silk-damask, with channelled arms, on cabriole legs headed by stylised shells and with scrolled feet, the back legs spliced, later cross-struts, one front foot with restored break, one inscribed 'TH' the other 'I', some variations in carving and details (2)
