A QUEEN ANNE WALNUT BUREAU-CABINET
Reed-moulded overall, the rectangular moulded cornice above a pair of later shaped rectangular bevelled mirrors, enclosing a fitted interior of featherbanded drawers to one side and a folio rack to the other between adjustable slides, with six pigeon-holes above and two drawers below, and two candle-slides, the bureau section with cross and featherbanded flap enclosing a fitted interior of pigeon-holes and drawers around a central recess above a well with sliding cover, above two short and two long drawers, the interior fittings and mouldings largely replaced, on later bracket feet, originally on bun feet, the handles replaced
