The flat oval stone engraved with a calyx-krater, with a small foot and handles, a ribbed body and funnel-shaped neck, the shoulders with a hatched band, the neck decorated with Eros racing to the left in a biga pulled by two cocks, the krater surmounted by a seated sphinx, mounted as a pendant in a box setting with a projecting flange ornamented with triangles of granulation, a double spiral and a single granule where the suspension loop joins the rim
