The figure depicted mummiform, with a broad collar, a figure of a sky goddess and a single column of imperfectly preserved hieroglyphic text on the front, two columns of neatly drawn hieroglyphic text on the back pillar containing funerary prayers, the name of the deceased not preserved, with a tang for insertion into a separately-made rectangular base decorated with a repeating ankh-was-neb decoration, the upper surface of the base fitted with a separately carved human-headed ba-bird, original polychromy and gilding over gesso preserved throughout
