Depicted mummiform with the arms folded over the chest, holding a hoe in each hand, with a seed bag between the shoulders, wearing a broad collar and striated, tripartite wig, with six lines of hieroglyphic text around the body separated by a central column down the front, the inscriptions integrated into the design of a seated winged Isis, the field above her wings with a wadjet-eye, inscribed for "the illuminated one, My," details incised
