In the form of a kouros, his hair falling in thick plaits along his shoulders, his upraised arms and head joined to the catch-plate above, the figure modelled in the round, the legs flexed together, the pointed toes attached to an incised palmette terminal below, open-work catch-plate with incised volutes, with two reclining rams, an incised palmette between, a curving incised palmette above, which once joined to the bowl
