Attributed to the Manner of the Mannheim Painter,
Circa 440 B.C.
With a standing youth, cloaked in a mantle, high-strapped sandals, and a petasos at the nape of his neck, a spear in his left hand, holding out a phiale in his right hand toward a draped woman who stands with her head lowered, her eyes drawn to his offering, raising her left hand toward it, a band of laurel and berries in added white below, ovolo on the rim, a dipinto on the underside of the base
