The molded and painted revetment decorated in relief along the upper portion with a frieze of fanning palmettes and lotus buds springing from volutes, a raised divider above a flat band painted with a guilloche, a wide raised border below, painted with red and black pigment, two large perforations along the lower portion for attachment
