Rectangular in form, with a front panel inscribed TITOCANINIO CRESCENTI CANINIANICE COIVCIOPTIMO ET SIBI, bordered by four concentric moldings, with bearded heads of the ram-horned Jupiter-Ammon at the corners, the two sides undecorated but for a single vertical ridge, the lid in the form of a temple roof, the pediment with a wreath and ribbons framed by a spiral molding, the roof with an over-lapping leaf pattern
