each of shaped rectangular form with richly gilt twig handles, painted and gilt in the Imari palette with a wide border of iron-red and blue-ground sections gilt with tightly-packed scrolls and foliage issuing sprays of leaves and flowers, the dish with iron-red script mark, circa 1820 (some minor rubbing to enamels and gilding) -- 32cm. and -- 27cm. wide
