painted with three exotic birds among trees and shrubs and loose sprays of flowers, beneath alternate puce and yellow diaper pattern border and brown line rim, crowned CT mark and VIII in blue, incised 2 and script L, painter's 7i in brown to footrim, circa 1775 (some surface scratches) -- 43cm. wide
