naturalistically modelled as a pug, recumbent on a grassy mound, with a puce and gilt collar painted with scrolls, with replacement hinged mounts, the cover replaced with a hard stone panel, circa 1750 (some rubbing to the extremities, some minute chips to ears) -- 8cm. wide
