An antique diamond bangle
Designed as five flexible floral and foliate panels with central flowerhead cluster, mounted in silver and gold, later rhodium plated, circa 1880, 5.9 cm. internal diameter, with blue velvet box with initial A below a royal crown
來源
By family repute, this bracelet belonged to Grand Duchess Anatasia of Mecklenburg-Schwerin (1860-1922). She was the daughter of Grand Duke Mikhail Nikolaievich (son of Nicholas I and Alexandra Feodorovna, Princess Charlotte of Prussia) and Olga Feodorovna, Princess Cecile of Baden (daughter of Leopold I Grand Duke of Baden and Sophie Holstein-Gottorp-Wasa, Princess of Sweden) and married Frederick Franz III, Grand Duke of Mecklenburg-Schwerin in St Petersburg in January 1879. It is thus conceivable that this bracelet was a wedding gift.

No VAT will be charged on the hammer price, but VAT at 17.5% will be added to the buyer's premium which is invoiced on a VAT inclusive basis.
