Lot Essay

In the late autumn of 1941 Bart van der Leck drew a fully calligraphed and illustrated version of Het Vlas, a fairy tale by H.C. Andersen, which was published by Uitgeversbedrijf De Spieghel in Amsterdam in July 1942.
