A Chinese black and gilt-lacquered miniature cabinet

The moulded rectangular top decorated with an oval panel depicting courtly figures within a garden with pagodas, framed by floral spandrels, above a concave sided frieze decorated with lotus flowers, the doors with raised oval panels each decorated with courtly figures framed by a key-pattern and fruit garland, enclosing an interior fitted with five drawers and decorated with flowers and foliage, the sides decorated with bamboo shoots issuing from rockwork, on bracket feet, very slight losses to the lacquer
