Two carved bone knife handles
One 17th Century, the other 19th Century
The first carved with four maidens representing Hope, Justice, possible the castle of love, the fourth maiden holding a book in her right hand and a flower in her left hand, the steel blade impressed with a guild mark above initials G.F(?) - the handle 9.5cm.; The second carved as a mermaid, the blade impressed with a guild mark - the handle 10.5cm.
