The bergere with padded back, arms and squab cushion covered in floral silk, the frame channelled overall, with curved down sweeping toprail with scroll terminals above acanthus carved arm supports, above a bow-fronted seat-rail, on turned tapering fluted legs headed by domed paterae, the recamier similar, with a squab cushion upholstered in yellow floral silk, previously painted, restorations
