A double hernia
The hernia on the right side and the area surrounding it have been exposed. 1. Hernia; it has not expanded into the scrotum yet. 2. A section of the intestine that has moved into the scrotum. 3. The omentum; it is frequently pulled out together with the intestine. 4. The sac formed by the peritoneum when it slips out through the rupture in the abdominal wall. 5. The abdominal muscle through which the intestine has slipped out. 6. The artery that supplies the legs with blood. 7. The vein that carries blood back from the leg to the heart.
