The case with triangular pediment and moulded columns to the canted angles, with waisted terminal, the two-piece white enamel Roman dial with subsidiary seconds to the centre, pierced steel hands, the single train movement with deadbeat escapement, with enamel beat scale on the backboard, brass securing screws to the sides -- 42½in. (108cm.) high
