Arabic manuscript on paper, 9ll. of black naskh, gold roundels between phrases, gold margins between black rules, red outer rule, headings in white on gold cartouches in illuminated panels, occasional marginal inscrpitions, opening folio with illuminated heading and marginal medallions, final folios with colophon written marginally ?signed by Abd al-Rahman b. Sa'd b. Abi Waqas Sa'd b. Mazid Abu Abid b. al-Jarah with erroneous or altered dated 1080 (1669 AD), brown morocco doublures with stamped medallion and spandrels, maroon morocco doublures with gold paintd medallion and spandrels - 14 x 9.4cm.
