gouache heightened with gold on paper, depicting the couple seated on a terrace greeting a noble while Hanuman places a small stool under Krishna's feet, floral border, mounted on card -- 13 x 20cm; a noble seated in a palanquin amid a procession of figures astride elephants, camels and horses, lines of script to verso; a battle encampment, lines of script to verso; and a depiction of a lover meeting her beloved, she stands in a luscious garden surround by maids, he stands with his back to them on a riverbank, lines of script to verso, the latter three items from the same manuscript, all mounted -- 24.5 x 14.3cm.
