A Chinese green glazed pottery watch tower
Han Dynasty
standing within a basin with moulded carp and geese to the bottom, the sides with pierced rectangular panels, the tower with central balcony with four guards standing with cross bows to the corners, the upper section with sloping roof and further surrounding basin, two figures standing at the window -- 20in. (50.8cms) high, (old wear, glaze degradation and some restoration), wood box.
