A typescript document Minutes Of A Special Meeting Of The Board of Directors Of Marx Bros., Inc., 2pp., 28th March, 1933, the purpose of the meeting....to authorize the filing of an Application with the Commissioner of Corporations of the State of California, for a permit to issue certain shares of stock of the corporation...as follows:
Arthur (Harpo) Marx, thirty (30) shares, Leo (Chico) Marx, thirty (30) shares, Julius (Groucho) Marx, thirty (30) shares and to Herbert (Zeppo) Marx, ten (10) shares, for $10.00 per share, signed in black ink by the President Harpo Marx Pres., the Secretary Leo Chico Marx and the Directors Harpo Marx, Leo Chico Marx, Groucho Marx and Zeppo Marx, framed; accompanied by two publicity photographs of Chico, one signed and inscribed in black ink Dear Rona, Thanks For Everything, Chico Marx -- 10x8in.
