Monnet, 2 large vignettes by Saint-Aubin after Monnet, numerous woodcut tailpieces (lacking A1 [?half title] and O8 [?blank], title lightly spotted, otherwise just light marginal spotting), polished calf by W. Pratt, gilt triple fillets on sides, gilt spine, morocco lettering-piece, gilt edges. Provenance: Frank Linsly James (bookplate). Cohen-de-Ricci 172.

I browned, most plate margins lightly soiled or spotted), 20th-century green morocco gilt, spines lettered in gilt, gilt turn-ins (spines very lightly sunfaded). cf. Brunet III, 385.
