Small 4° (209 x 156mm.), double-page engraved frontispiece of the facade of the Dorset Garden Theatre by William Sherwin, 5 engraved plates, 3 signed by William Dolle, errata slip pasted on K4 verso (frontispiece browned and spotted, small marginal hole in corner of K3 affecting catchword, a few stains, light marginal thumb-soiling), 19th-century straight-grained green morocco by W. Pratt, double fillet border on sides with small foliate cornerpieces, raised bands, spine divided into 6 compartments, lettered in two, the others with central floral motif and floral cornerpieces, gilt board-edges and turn-ins, g.e.
