A well engineered 3½in. gauge model of a First World War period German 2ft. gauge Feldbahn 0-8-0 ST locomotive,
built by H. Vickers with brazed copper boiler built by D. Brook, stamped 018031090 and with fittings including water and presssure gauges, safety, blower, two injector, whistle, clack and blowdown valves. Chassis details include twin outside cylinders with outside Stephenson's link gear, wedged and bolted coupling and connecting rod bearings footplate controlled draincocks, two scotch crank driven feed pumps and bypass, displacement lubricator, two injectors, whistle, fine rivet detail and pipework, working leaf springs, scale and running cap roofs, wooden doors and other details, finished in red and black --16 x 35in. (40.6 x 89cm.). Boiler dated October 1990; display track and carrying box.
