unsigned, the hour ring with folding gnomon, the folding latitude arm with clamp and graduated 0-70°, the horizontal plate with the names of six cities around the edge in cyrillic script with latitudes in degrees and minutes, the glazed compass with compass directions N, NE, E and so on, two bubble levels, graduations around the circumference in degrees in four quadrants, a central wind rose and a steel needle with brass cap, with three adjustable screw feet -- 6¾in. (17cm.) diameter
