BARNSTAPLE with REGISTERED FEB. 3. 1845 and the Royal Arms, the steel circle over the horizontal brass table with screw clamp and graduated settings, the table on four pointed steel legs, the underside with the steel pencil holder in a brass mount, also with graduated settings, in a green plush-lined mahogany box -- 4½in. (11.4cm.) wide
