signed Starke & Kammerer Wien No.426, with circular brass counter weight and adjustable pointer arm, the index dial numbered 0-650, with a separate brass disc stamped 47.2, contained in the original fitted case, the underside of the lid applied with a hand-written label No 426 Für Quadral-Centimeter a...26.4 C=1892 F=47,2 [..] Centimeter -- 14in.
