Tasting note : One of the least disputed greats of '61. Still a deep, velvety appearance though now mature. Bouquet of great depth, fleshy, fragrant, ripe mulberry, and further qualified by totally inadequate expressions, the least of which is "glorious". Sweet, mouthfilling fruit and flavour, voluptuous, multi-dimensional. Just superb. M.B. (GVWB II)
